It also contains the Terms and Conditions for our text messaging program (the "SMS Terms and Conditions"). Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use your mobile phone number and your consent choices only to send the text messages you agreed to receive and to keep a record of your consent.

How You Opt In

You opt in by entering your mobile phone number on a form on our Site and checking the consent box next to the text message disclosure. We do not check the box for you. There are two separate boxes:

Appointment and service messages: appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling updates, and responses to your inquiries.
Promotional messages (optional): promotional offers about our eye care and aesthetic services. You can receive appointment and service messages without checking this box.

After you opt in, we send a text message confirming your enrollment.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments, your requests, and the messages you agreed to receive.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier about your plan. Advanced Vision Institute does not charge you for text messages.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from us. You can also contact us at (702) 819-9800 or admin@advancedvisioninstitute.net. If you opted in to promotional messages and want to stop only those, contact us and we will update your preferences. Reply START to resubscribe after opting out.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Service

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to schedule an appointment or receive care from Advanced Vision Institute.

We do not include sensitive health information, such as diagnoses or test results, in text messages. Text messaging is not a secure way to share private health information, so please do not reply with it.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The text messaging program is available on participating U.S. carriers. You must be the account holder or have the account holder's permission to use the mobile number you provide.
