Telemedicine allows you to have a virtual eye evaluation to discuss symptoms, medical issues, and even be evaluated by our providers in real-time, using your smartphone or computer. This allows our doctors to make a diagnosis and develop your personalized treatment plan and renew or prescribe new treatments. This extremely convenient service is perfect for patients that are not able to come into the office due to distance restraints, transportation issues, or inability to leave their home or workplace to attend in-office appointments. We also offer after-hours consults for emergency patients.

How do I schedule a virtual visit? Download the EyecareLive app using the link below. Select Advanced Vision Institute: Dr. Eric T. Brooker as your preferred provider and Click Schedule a Consultation.

You’ll describe your reason for the visit and take pictures of your eyes if needed.

**Be sure to follow the instructions in the app.

What happens next? The doctor will have a video call with you via EyecareLive. This looks a lot like a Facetime call.
